Sky & Mountain Scapes - Exhibition Kumeu Arts Centre  August 2017

This work is an exploration of mountain and sky scapes in a dream-like or mythical way.   Mist and light revealing and obscuring in a living theatre of harmony and tension.  Glimpses of form where sky and land blend, and often appear interchangeable.  The majesty, power and mystery of Mountains has always, and continues to fascinate me. My interpretation of form and colour takes place initially at a feeling level and is then worked on to accentuate the play and drama of timeless landscapes.
